Fort Funston

Sometimes, I have to remind myself that I've only been in the city for a year. I have been fortunate enough to have explored so much of this city, but I still am surprised by places and parks and outdoor spaces. It's good to be surprised and this city still remains new in SO many ways.

A weekend or two ago, we ventured out to the popular and yet unvisited Fort Funston. The best part: we met so many doggy friends! Woof woof woof, yes I love them. Before you make some punny joke, yes Fort Funston was quite fun. We explored the cliffsides and strolled the beach. It was happy happy, even if sand completely took over our tennis shoes.
