If you're reading this post, you should know: I cheated. But just a little bit. I hopped in a time machine that I discovered at the Alameda Flea Market, and traveled back in time in order to post these photos and short summary closer to September 19th. On this day in history, my workplace declared an all-office Creativity Day. We were forbidden from coming into the office to do work and instead, we had to partake in a creative activity—learn something new, try something new, express ourselves, visit a museum, take a class, make something, etc.
The Marketing Team decided to attend a class on cheesemaking.
It was splendid. As is anything involving food. Unfortunately, I am at a loss for how to describe what we did, what we learned, what steps we followed. BUT, I now better understand the passions of little mice. Cheese is good. So friends and family, I highly encourage you to pursue cheesemaking.
