So things have definitely been busy with an engineering expo the past two days, an interview with an oil company tomorrow, my birthday also being tomorrow!! Some of the highlights of last week:
Monday: mixer with KA-- "Sex on the Beach" (The theme of the mixer definitely sounds scandalous BUT mostly everyone wore those bikini shirts, or one-pieces with sarongs.)
Wednesday: studied chemistry till eleven pm on campus, skipped my mixer with delt
Thursday: geology lab studying igneous rocks, chemistry test 7-9 pm, Tri Delt/Zeta Fiesta at Qua downtown
For the fiesta, everyone wore vibrant moomoos and/or mexican ponchos. We took cabs down to fourth street (downtown austin) to the club Qua. The dance floor was the best part- glass with sharks swimming underneath!!
Friday: Michelle and her mom came to visit and took me out to Pita Pit & Swirll, then night time adventures with Lindsay and amigos
Saturday: first ever late breakfast at Honey Ham. seriously top notch breakfast tacos. then watched the Texas vs Tech football game. . .no surprise. . .TEXAS WON! It was a dramatic game, but soooo much fun
Sunday: studying & young life
Tuesday & Wednesday: attended the engineering expo, duh.
